Thank you so much everyone, this has quickly become my favorite subreddit. I would have bought The Eisenhorn Omnibus, however it was $50.00 so I might have to wait until the next few weeks, otherwise that would have been my #1 choice.īesides that, my next picks are the Dark Angels Omnibus, Ciaphus Cain, Salamanders and Ravenor Omnibus. Side question, what is the difference between a codex and omnibus?Įdit: In case anyone is curious, I just bought 'There Is Only War', 'Night Lords' and 'They Grey Knights Omnibus'. I was thinking possibly the Blood Angels? Any other suggestions? I am mainly looking for Space Marines. The Saruthi had come into the possession of a copy of the Necroteuch, and had translated it into their own language, creating two versions of this powerful chaotic tome and a translating tool.

However as much as I liked the Space Wolf Omnibus I am looking for other Space Marine Chapters that are as good as this one. Eisenhorn tracked the survivors of the cabal to a colony world inhabited by the xenos Saruthi. I've read the first two Horus Heresy books, and The Space Wolf Omnibus which I really enjoyed. I specifically made an account for this post because I am not sure which direction to go next. I've seen Warhammer 40k a lot on r/Asksciencefiction and it seemed pretty cool so I checked out this subreddit and it has given me some great advice on books to read.
